I hereby give you notice that a meeting of Ropsley and District Parish Council will be held at Ropsley Hall on Monday 5 December 2022 at 7.15pm.  All members of the Parish Council are summoned to attend for the purpose of considering and resolving upon the business to be transacted as set out hereunder. 
Public Forum:  The Parish Council meeting will be preceded at 7.00pm by a public forum for which Councillors are also asked to be present, at which members of the public may ask questions or make short statements to the Council.  Members of the public are welcome to stay for the meeting but may not participate unless invited to do so by the Chairman.

1. WELCOME REMARKS BY THE CHAIRMAN.

9.1 To consider installation of Electrical Vehicle Charging Points under the On Street Residential Chargepoint Scheme (ORCS).
9.2 To consider correspondence from a resident regarding a footpath in Humby and the Lost Footpaths project.
9.3 To consider correspondence regarding waterways in the parish.
 
10. CEMETERY
10.1 To note the outcome of a meeting attended by the Chair and Vice-Chair on 31 October.
10.2 To approve the revised cemetery rules.
 
11. COMMUNITY UPDATES
11.1 To consider recruitment and retention of volunteers and volunteer risk assessments.
11.2 To consider the purchase of trees for Little Humby village entrances
11.3 To receive community updates from Councillors.

12.1 To note the resignation of Councillor Gosbee and to consider the advertisement of the vacancy for co-option.
