I hereby give you notice that a meeting of Ropsley and District Parish Council will be held at Ropsley Hall on Monday 3 October 2022 at 7.15pm.  All members of the Parish Council are summoned to attend for the purpose of considering and resolving upon the business to be transacted as set out hereunder. 
Public Forum:  The Parish Council meeting will be preceded at 7.00pm by a public forum for which Councillors are also asked to be present, at which members of the public may ask questions or make short statements to the Council.  Members of the public are welcome to stay for the meeting but may not participate unless invited to do so by the Chairman.

10. HIGHWAYS
10.1 To consider installation of Electrical Vehicle Charging Points under the On Street Residential Chargepoint Scheme (ORCS).
10.2 To consider correspondence from residents regarding speeding on High Street and Chain Lane.
10.3 To consider correspondence regarding the condition of Somerby Road.
 
11. CEMETERY
11.1 To note correspondence from a parishioner regarding proposed works to a tree on the Southeast boundary of the cemetery.
11.2 To consider a response to correspondence regarding grounds maintenance in the cemetery in line with the Complaints Policy.
 
12. COMMUNITY UPDATES
12.1 To receive an update on the Best Kept Village Award, to agree a location for the gold litter bin, use of the £400 prize money and to agree attendance at the award ceremony on Monday 24 October.
12.2 To receive an update on the 2023 calendar competition.
12.3 To consider mowing of the Village Green at Little Humby including risk assessments for volunteers.
12.4 To consider a request to plant a memorial tree on the Village Green at Little Humby.
12.5 To consider the use of funds raised by the Green Man for community groups.
12.6 To consider a response to the Lincolnshire Neighbourhood Policing survey.
12.7 To consider treating the Village Sign bench.
12.8 To receive community updates from Councillors.

13.1 To note all general correspondence circulated for information since the July meeting. 
13.2 To note correspondence from Anglian Water regarding the strategic pipeline between Grantham and Bexwell.
