I hereby give you notice that the next Ropsley Parish Council meeting will be held virtually via Zoom video conference on Monday 14th September 2020 at 7.30pm.  All members of the Parish Council are summoned to attend for the purpose of considering and resolving upon the business to be transacted as set out hereunder.

Public Forum:  The Parish Council meeting will be preceded by a public forum for which Councillors are also asked to be present, at which members of the public may ask questions or make short statements to the Council.  Members of the public are welcome to stay for the meeting but may not participate unless invited to do so by the Chairman.  Members of the public can join the meeting via Zoom using meeting ID 822 5858 9504 and password 029098 Alternatively, please contact the Clerk for an email invitation to the meeting.

10.1        To consider correspondence from Lincolnshire County Council regarding potholes on Risewood Lane/Grantham Road.

10.2        To note temporary traffic restrictions on Braceby Road from 7 - 9 September and Long Hollow from 14 September to 23 October.

11.1        To receive an update on the Cemetery.

12.          COMMUNITY UPDATES

12.1        To consider correspondence from parishioners regarding motorcycle noise and activities at Humby Lakes.

12.2        To consider the prize and judging arrangements for the Photo Calendar Competition.

12.4        To consider correspondence from a parishioner regarding Braceby and Sapperton Restricted Byway No. 9.
