I hereby give you notice that the July meeting of Ropsley Parish Council will be held virtually at Ropsley Hall on Thursday 15 July 2021 at 7.15pm.  All members of the Parish Council are summoned to attend for the purpose of considering and resolving upon the business to be transacted as set out hereunder. 
Public Forum:  The Parish Council meeting will be preceded at 7.00pm by a public forum for which Councillors are also asked to be present, at which members of the public may ask questions or make short statements to the Council.  Members of the public are welcome to stay for the meeting but may not participate unless invited to do so by the Chairman.

7.3 To resolve to approve the June bank reconciliation. 
7.4 To note the budget monitoring statement showing expenditure and income against the 2021/22 budget.  
7.5 To consider an application for grant funding of £2k towards the cost of a stage from Ropsley Hall.
7.6 To consider an application for grant funding of £500 towards replacement netting from Ropsley Baboons Cricket Club.
7.7 To consider a request from Ropsley Colts FC for either relocation of an existing defibrillator or assistance with the purchase of an additional defibrillator for Ropsley Hall.

9. NEIGHBOURHOOD PLAN
9.1 To consider funding of £972 ex VAT for printing and planning consultancy not covered by grant funding.
 
10. HIGHWAYS
10.1 To receive an update on drainage matters in the village.
10.2 To receive an update from County Councillor Hill on the verges at Ropsley Hall.
10.3 To consider joining Community Speedwatch scheme and to receive an update regarding speed monitoring.
10.4 To consider the condition of Risewood Lane between Ropsley and Old Somerby.
10.5 To consider the resurfacing of Church Lane, Great Humby and resurfacing in Little Humby.
10.6 To consider a missing street name sign on High Street, Ropsley and a damaged street name on School Lane.
10.7 To receive a report regarding parking at the War Memorial and an abandoned vehicle at Munton Fields.
