I hereby give you notice that the next Ropsley Parish Council meeting will be held virtually via Zoom video conference on Monday 8 March 2021 at 7.30pm.  All members of the Parish Council are summoned to attend for the purpose of considering and resolving upon the business to be transacted as set out hereunder. 
Public Forum:  The Parish Council meeting will be preceded at 7.15pm by a public forum for which Councillors are also asked to be present, at which members of the public may ask questions or make short statements to the Council.  Members of the public are welcome to stay for the meeting but may not participate unless invited to do so by the Chairman.  Members of the public can join the meeting via Zoom using Meeting ID: 875 8425 0157 and Passcode: 809215.  Alternatively, please contact the Clerk for an email invitation to the meeting.

10.4 To consider reinstatement of the grass triangle outside the Village Hall.
10.5 To consider support for rewilding of the verges between Ropsley, Humby and Sapperton.
 
 
11. CEMETERY
11.1 To consider further correspondence regarding a request for a memorial bench.
11.2 To formally note Item 9 in the Minutes of the March 2015 Parish Council meeting where the Clerk informed Members no right of way into the Cemetery over No 27 High Street was shown on the Land Registry title and that Highways also confirmed no right of way.
 
12. COMMUNITY UPDATES
12.1 To consider the purchase of an additional lawn mower at a cost of £700.
12.2 To receive an update from Councillor Marshall regarding the cost of village gates.
12.3 To receive an update from the Chairman regarding the Village Sign.
12.4 To receive an update from Councillor Porter regarding sandblasting of the phone box at Sapperton, and to receive an update on the adoption of the phone box at Braceby.

14.1 To consider a request from the Clerk for a 50% contribution (£70) towards the cost of SLCC membership.
