I hereby give you notice that the March meeting of Ropsley Parish Council will be held at Ropsley Hall on Wednesday 9 March 2022 at 7.15pm.  All members of the Parish Council are summoned to attend for the purpose of considering and resolving upon the business to be transacted as set out hereunder. 
Public Forum:  The Parish Council meeting will be preceded at 7.00pm by a public forum for which Councillors are also asked to be present, at which members of the public may ask questions or make short statements to the Council.  Members of the public are welcome to stay for the meeting but may not participate unless invited to do so by the Chairman.

10.1 CEMETERY
10.1 To approve the memorial tree and bench policy and to review the cemetery rules.
 
11. COMMUNITY UPDATES
11.1 To receive an update on the village sign.
11.2 To receive an update on arrangements for celebrating the Queen’s Platinum Jubilee in 2022.
11.3 To approve the use of £500 of the proceeds of the calendar sales towards the Jubilee celebrations and to consider the use for the remaining £330.
11.4 To approve the use of the Community Events budget 2022/23 for a Best Kept Jubilee House/Garden competition.
11.5 To consider a donation of £200 for the maintenance of St Peter’s Church Clock for 2020/21 and 2021/22.
11.6 To approve a budget of £100 for flowers for the planters.
11.7 To approve a donation of £120 to the Royal British Legion.
11.8 To receive community updates from Councillors.
