I hereby give you notice that an Extraordinary Meeting of ROPSLEY & DISTRICT PARISH COUNCIL will be held remotely via Zoom video conference on Monday 6 July 2020 at 7.30pm. All members of the Parish Council are summoned to attend for the purpose of considering and resolving upon the business to be transacted as set out hereunder.  Members of the public can join the meeting via Zoom using Meeting ID: 776 9960 6503 Password: 7ehJCx.  Alternatively, please contact the Clerk for an email invitation to the meeting. 

There will be no public session prior to this meeting.  The next public session will be held prior to the Parish Council meeting on Monday 13 July 2020.

1.            WELCOME REMARKS BY THE CHAIRMAN.

2.            APOLOGIES:  TO RECEIVE APOLOGIES FOR ABSENCE AND TO RESOLVE TO ACCEPT REASONS GIVEN.

3.            TO RECEIVE DECLARATIONS OF PECUNIARY INTEREST IN RELATION TO AGENDA ITEMS AND TO CONSIDER REQUESTS FOR DISPENSATIONS IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE LOCALISM ACT 2011.

4.            BANKING

4.1          To resolve to complete the Local Authority mandate as required by HSBC to amend signatories to the Parish Council current account.
