I hereby give you notice that the Annual Parish Council Meeting of Ropsley Parish Council will be held virtually via Zoom video conference on Thursday 6 May 2021 at 7.00pm.  All members of the Parish Council are summoned to attend for the purpose of considering and resolving upon the business to be transacted as set out hereunder. 
 
Public Forum:  The Parish Council meeting will be preceded by a public forum for which Councillors are also asked to be present, at which members of the public may ask questions or make short statements to the Council.  Members of the public are welcome to stay for the meeting but may not participate unless invited to do so by the Chairman.  Members of the public can join the meeting via Zoom using Meeting ID: 881 3407 9951 and Passcode: 602755.  Alternatively, please contact the Clerk for an email invitation to the meeting.

14.1 To receive an update on drainage matters in the village.
14.2 To receive an update regarding speeding traffic in Ropsley and to consider creation of a Community Speedwatch scheme.
14.3 To receive an update on verges at Ropsley Hall.

15.1 To review the Burial Ground fees for 2021/22.
 
16. COMMUNITY UPDATES
16.1 To consider the recommendation of Councillor Marshall that the quote for village gates from Glasdon in the amount of £4,660 ex VAT and installation by JC Groundworks in the amount of £1,100 be approved.
16.2 To receive an update on the village sign.
16.3 To resolve to adopt the phone box at Braceby at a cost of £1.
16.4 To receive an update on the Best Kept Garden competition.
16.5 To consider correspondence regarding internet access at Ropsley Hall.
16.6 To consider a request for the Council to provide allotments.
16.7 To receive community updates from Councillors.

17.1 To note all general correspondence circulated for information since the March meeting.
